- Scroll past to find the Ask the Community section on the business page
- Click Ask a question
- Type your question in the text box. Note: you may need to scroll past previously asked questions to see the text box. If you’d like to stay informed of new answers by email, make sure the Notify me of new answers box is checked
- Click Post Question
You can view all Questions asked and Answers given in the Ask the community section of your user profile.

From an iPhone/iPad
- Scroll to find the Ask the Community section on the business page
- Tap Ask a question
- Type your question in the text box. If you’d like to stay informed of new answers by email, make sure Notify me of new answers is toggled ON
- Tap Post Question
You can edit or remove your own question by locating the question, clicking the 3 dots icon and selecting Edit or Remove.
You can view all the questions you’ve asked and answers you’ve given by tapping Me from the bottom right of the app screen, scroll to the Contributions section and tap Ask the community.

- Tap Post Question
You can view all the questions you’ve asked and answers you’ve given by tapping Me from the bottom of the app screen, and tap Questions & answers.

Tips for submitting a good question
- Before you ask a question, read the others to make sure you're not repeating something that's been asked/answered before.
- Keep questions useful, appropriate and specific to the business page you're posting on. For example, "Are they able to make menu changes to accommodate dietary restrictions?"
- If you have a question that is highly individual or personal rather than applicable for a broader audience, look for the option to message the business directly instead
