Why am I getting an error when I try to pay for my food order?

Please note that this feature is only available in the United States.

If you receive an error message when you try to pay for your order, there are a couple basic troubleshooting tips:
  • Double check that the credit card information you've entered is correct and that you're logged in to your user account.
  • Sometimes your bank may have restrictions about making online orders – try checking with them to confirm that you'd like to make the purchase.
