Business photos and videos should be broadly representative of the business and reflect the typical consumer experience (e.g., what the business looks like, what the business offers, etc.).
Most photos and videos that are taken in public or on private property that is open to the public do not violate anyone's reasonable expectation of privacy, so we generally leave them up. That said, we may remove close-ups of unsuspecting patrons if the photos or videos don't tell us much about the business.
