Privacy Policy, Yelp does not sell data. If Yelp receives a request to opt-out of the sale of data, we let users know that there is no need to opt-out.
*Approximately 96% of the Requests to Delete that were not completed in 2025 were submitted by Yelp business users with active contracts with Yelp and/or balances due. These Requests were denied in accordance with the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d)).
